These Terms & Conditions govern every aspect of your use of the z888 platform — from account creation and deposits to bonus claims, game play, withdrawals, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before using any z888 service.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between z888 and each Player. By completing the z888 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 z888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the z888 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
3.1 Age Requirement. All Players must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which they use z888 services. Registration by, or on behalf of, individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. z888 conducts mandatory age verification checks as part of its KYC process and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the z888 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified by z888 will be permanently suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
3.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number and email address. z888 may require documentary verification of any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of z888 complies with all applicable laws in their country or territory of residence. z888 makes no warranty that its services are legal or permissible in all jurisdictions. Players in restricted jurisdictions are not permitted to register or maintain accounts.
3.5 Account Ownership. z888 accounts are strictly personal. Players may not transfer, sell, or assign their account — or any balance, bonus, or winning therein — to any third party. Accounts operated on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their z888 login credentials, including username and password. z888 will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any person claiming to be z888 staff and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
4.2 Players must notify z888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity within, their account. z888 may, upon receipt of such notice, temporarily freeze the affected account pending investigation.
4.3 z888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, save where such losses result directly from z888's own negligence or security breach.
4.4 Players are strongly encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their z888 account, available within account security settings following login. z888 accepts no liability for losses arising from accounts on which 2FA has not been enabled by the Player.
5.1 z888 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at z888's discretion and will be updated on the Platform accordingly.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the z888 cashier section. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the chosen payment method, account verification status, or applicable VIP tier.
5.3 Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, deposit reversal, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
5.4 All deposits are subject to AML screening. z888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction where the source of funds requires verification under our license obligations.
5.5 Deposits are credited to a Player's z888 Balance in real time in most circumstances. z888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or network failures beyond z888's reasonable control.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. z888 may require Players to complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
6.2 z888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
6.3 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or verified; (b) the withdrawal request triggers AML review; (c) an active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding; or (d) z888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity on the account.
6.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the z888 cashier. z888 reserves the right to apply withdrawal fees in exceptional circumstances, which will be disclosed to the Player prior to processing.
6.5 Where a Player self-excludes or requests account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that were validly submitted prior to the exclusion will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC and AML compliance.
7.1 z888 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough or rollover requirement). Until this requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Where a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds simultaneously, Real Money Funds will be used for wagers first in most game types, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
7.4 z888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel credited bonus funds at any time where: (a) the Player has acted in breach of these Terms; (b) z888 reasonably suspects bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion; or (c) the bonus was credited as a result of a technical error.
7.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or placing wagers specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
8.1 All games available on the z888 Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on certified testing data and reflect long-term theoretical averages — individual session results will vary.
8.2 z888 sources games from internationally recognised software providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail on matters of account conduct, and individual game rules shall prevail on matters of game mechanics.
8.3 Where a game malfunctions or produces an erroneous outcome due to a software defect, network disruption, or other technical failure, z888 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund any stake amounts wagered during the affected period. z888 shall not be obligated to honour a payout generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction.
8.4 All game outcomes, wager results, and account transactions are logged and retained by z888 for regulatory audit and dispute resolution purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, z888's server records shall be considered definitive.
9.1 All sports bets placed on the z888 platform — including cricket (PSL, international fixtures, T20Is, ODIs, Test matches), football, tennis, basketball, UFC, kabaddi, and all other available sports — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the z888 sportsbook, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed with a unique bet reference number, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. z888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.
9.3 z888 reserves the right to void, partially void, or revise the settlement of bets where: (a) an event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered; (b) odds were published as a result of a manifest error; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or event irregularity.
9.4 In-play (live) betting markets are offered at z888's discretion. In-play odds update in real time and z888 may suspend or close markets at any time during an event for operational or integrity reasons. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be accepted or voided at z888's discretion depending on the circumstances.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z888 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
10.2 Where z888 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, z888 reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account; (b) void all bets, game outcomes, and bonus claims associated with the prohibited conduct; (c) withhold or forfeit any balance attributable to the prohibited conduct; and (d) report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
11.1 Age Restriction. 21+ z888 is strictly an adult service available only to individuals aged 21 years and above. Gambling is entertainment — not a reliable source of income. z888 takes its responsible gaming obligations under its international license seriously.
11.2 Player Protection Tools. All registered z888 Players have access to the following responsible gaming controls from within their account settings:

12.1 All content on the z888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of z888 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use z888 Platform services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other right or licence is granted. Players may not reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any z888 content without express written authorisation.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, z888's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 z888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the z888 Platform.
13.3 z888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that games will be free of errors, or that any specific game outcome will occur. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.1 z888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where z888 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Player presents a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) the Player's account shows indicators of problem gambling warranting protective action; or (d) account closure is required by applicable regulatory authority.
14.2 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to the breach (including winnings derived therefrom) may be forfeited. Any remaining Real Money Funds not attributable to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC and AML clearance.
14.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting z888 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to standard verification requirements.
15.1 z888 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, z888 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification no less than 14 days prior to the effective date of such amendments, except where immediate implementation is required by regulatory or legal necessity.
15.2 Players who do not accept amended Terms must notify z888 prior to the effective date and may request account closure with withdrawal of any eligible balance. Continued use of the z888 Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which z888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the z888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures.
